WHY DO WE DELIVER TRAINING?

The ISH24 RTO was established in 2016 due to the recognition of a major need in the national market for quality confined space safety training. Initially our primary services included sourcing and supplying personnel for major shutdown works in the mining and industrial sectors and it was quickly identified that the quality of competency among officially qualified personnel varied greatly and required us to undertake additional gap training before new recruits were able to meet our quality standards.

Upon registering as an RTO, we were able to ensure that all our personnel receive the most comprehensive and effective training before being assigned to site works. This quality control system has ensured that our personnel are highly skilled and consistently deliver a high standard of service to all our clients.

The ISH24 head office in Bendigo, Victoria is also the epicentre of our safety training operations.  Our training philosophy is based on delivering training in an immersive environment with focus on hands-on learning and contextualised practical scenarios tailored to the individual needs of each client and workplace. Our purpose-built training facilities in Bendigo and the ISH24 Rescue Training Centre in Goornong, Victoria allow us to consistently meet and exceed learner and client expectations through the quality of our training programs and the passionate delivery of our experienced trainers.
